Magnesium is known to help reduce stress. It quickly depletes during exercise or stressful situations.

Liquorice powder and garlic are incredibly supportive ingredients for maintaining the digestive system. Both ingredients can create a healthy balance of good bacteria in the gut and gastrointestinal tract. Garlic is a powerful prebiotic and rich in a non-digestible carbohydrate called inulin. Insulin feeds good bacteria.
